Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days and are sent using a tracked service. 

Standard delivery - 2-4 business days after dispatch

Shipping prices are set automatically based on the weight of the items ordered. The price will be confirmed for you at checkout.

We also offer free delivery on all orders over £50. This will be automatically applied at check out.

Returns

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, speak to our team and we will arrange for a return. Refunds will be given once the item is received back at our warehouse and return postage will be paid for.
  • If you decide you don't want your item, as long as the item is unused, in it's original packaging and the purchase is within 14 days, we will be happy to arrange a return. In this instance, postage costs will not be reimbursed and are the buyers responsibility. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied and this will be deducted from any refund.
  • If you would like to return something to us then in the first instance please email jennifer@jenniferjames.co.uk with your order number, the nature of your problem and any supporting photos.

 

I think my order has been lost in the post

If 10 working days have elapsed since your order was dispatched, your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information then please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
